Our Policies & Information for Services included in the hire of the limo are as follows

    * One of our vehicles      *A Driver      *A Free Bubbly (adults only!)
    * Soft drinks (for kids parties)   and  * Karaoke (if requested upon booking for limos)

Delivery Policy
A 15 minute minute grace period shall be established for the late arrival of your limousine due to weather, accident or misfortune. We will endeavour to make up your time. Your chauffeur will notify you (where possible) of any delay.

SuperStretch reserves the right at any time to change, replace or renew the vehicle booked. Any replacement vehicle would be the same or better standard to that already booked.

In the event of breakdown or accident to the vehicle before the date of hire, SuperStretch Limos will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle is replaced or an alternative vehicle is made available. If this is not acceptable to the client, or SuperStretch Limos is unable to fulfil this condition then a full refund will be given.

Any overtime after the booking requested by the client will be charged at £25 per completed half hour subject to availability.

Deposits & Remaining Balances
A deposit is required to confirm the booking of the hire all deposits are paid are non-refundable once received by SuperStretch Limos except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of SuperStretch Limos.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the balance due date agreed at the time of the booking unless a cash or account payment has been agreed.
All outstanding balances must be paid to the chauffeur at the time of the first collection (pick up point).

Damages to the Limousine or Party Bus
Any damage to the limousine or fixtures caused by the client, a member of their party or by inciting others shall incur a £100 'enforced downtime' charge in addition to the cost of the repairs and the loss of booked business whilst these repairs take place.

A £100 'sick fee' shall be charged if the client or a member of their party is sick inside of the limousine plus the hourly cost of returning the limousine to our premises for valeting charged at £50 per hour

Conduct
The client who booked the limousine will be responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.
The company or its representatives reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle of any person or persons they see unfit. The company also reserve the right to refuse to continue the journey. In the event of this happening no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted in writing and must be received by us no later that 30 days prior to the hire date.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete a booking due to circumstances out of beyond out control, a full refund will be given. Beyond this we are not responsible for any other additional costs incurred or monies lost by the client or a member of their party, for tickets etc for the events they may be travelling to.

The contract will be cancelled for any violations of terms with no compensation made to the client.
